happy pregnant woman in natureHypnobirthing in Wendover

Welcome to Together Birthing and congratulations on your pregnancy. If you are looking for hypnobirthing in Wendover or hypnobirthing in Buckinghamshire, you have come to the right place! My name is Emma. I am a HypnoBirthing mum and HypnoBirthing practitioner, trained with the Hypnobirthing Institute and more recently with Hypnobirthing by Jenny Mullan, accredited with the Hynobirthing Institute. I have a passion for sharing the joy of hypnobirthing, having experienced it first hand myself with the birth of my second son. I know just what a huge difference hypnobirthing can make to birth and feel privileged to be able to help other parents-to-be have a positive and empowering birthing experience.

Hypnobirthing Classes

I teach group 2-day 4-week hypnobirthing classes from my home studio in Potten End, just 20 minutes drive from Wendover (see location). The 4-week evening classes runs for 2.5 hours and the tow-day classes run on Saturdays or Sundays from 10 am until 4 pm. The classes are small and friendly for up to 4 couples. There is plenty of scope for questions and discussion, as well as making friends with like-minded parents-to-be.

Alternatively, I teach private hypnobirthing classes at times convenient for you.

The courses that I teach fully prepare you and your birth partner for a gentler, calmer and easier birthing experience using breathing, visualisation, deep relaxation and fear release techniques. The courses give you the best opportunity for a drug-free birth and give you the confidence you need to trust in your own natural birthing instincts. You will learn how the body functions during birth, how to create a supportive birth environment, the birth companion’s role and exercises and nutritional advice for pregnancy.

Finally, I also offer 2 hour refresher/revision classes from my home studio in Potten End (see location), for those who have done hypnobirthing before but need a refresher class. These classes are tailored to your specific needs.
